Dr. Edward Hamilton, affectionately known as Pastor E, is a seasoned minister, visionary leader, and community advocate with over 35 years of ministry experience. He is the founder and Senior Teacher of The N.O.W. Church of California, a faith-based ministry rooted in the uncompromising Word of God and dedicated to reaching the lost, equipping the saved, and provoking all to walk in their divine purpose.

Pastor E’s life calling is to share Jesus and be a light in the world. His ministry began in his early 20s and has since expanded across the United States, touching lives through prayer, worship, and biblically grounded teaching. Known for his passionate and authoritative delivery, Pastor E challenges individuals to embrace transformation and pursue God’s will.

In March 2000, he founded Provoked to Purpose Ministries (P2P), a movement built on excellence, accountability, and love. Under his leadership, P2P has grown into a dynamic force for spiritual and community development, forming strategic partnerships and serving diverse populations.

In March 2014, Pastor E launched the N.O.W. Network (Not Our Will)—a Christian media platform featuring blog talk radio broadcasts focused on spiritual growth and empowerment.

His impact has been recognized nationally. Pastor E is a two-time recipient of the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, honored by both President Barack Obama (2017) and President Joe Biden (2021) for his dedication to volunteer service and nation-building through faith and action.

In April 2020, Pastor E published his first book, The N.O.W. Experience: 720° Degree Turn, guiding readers to embrace God’s plan and live fully in the present.

Despite launching The N.O.W. Church during the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020, the ministry flourished—feeding over 1,000 individuals, distributing clothing and hygiene kits, and leading over 100 souls to Christ. In 2021, Pastor E took the message to Junipero Beach, baptizing over 20 people and witnessing 142 salvations through outdoor worship.

Pastor E is also an entrepreneur, owning EZ Teez 4U, a local printing business in Long Beach, California. His unwavering commitment to ministry, community, and purpose continues to inspire and transform lives.
