Founder & CEO
Dr. Edward Hamilton
Dr. Edward Hamilton, affectionately known as Pastor E, is the Founder of Provoked to Purpose Ministries (P2P) and Senior Teacher of The N.O.W. Church of California, with more than 35 years of ministry and community leadership experience. Through faith, service, and strategic outreach, he has helped feed families, distribute essential resources, build partnerships, and guide individuals toward purpose and transformation. A two-time Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, Dr. Hamilton remains committed to strengthening communities and helping people move forward with faith, dignity, and impact.

Board of Director
Bridget Ingram
Bridget Ingram serves as a Board Member for P2P Community Development, bringing more than 24 years of experience as a real estate broker, entrepreneur, and tax professional. As Broker/Owner of B. Ingram Realty, she is passionate about helping individuals and families build stability, access opportunity, and create lasting legacies. Through her leadership in education, financial literacy, housing, and community service, Bridget supports P2P’s mission to help people grow, succeed, and transform their futures.

Secretary
Terri Herbert
Terri Herbert serves as Secretary and Board Member for P2P Community Development, supporting grant research, funding applications, sponsorship development, and social media communications. A retired LVN with emergency care experience, Terri brings compassion, resilience, and a heart for service to the communities P2P serves. With additional experience in commercial real estate advisory services and a commitment to expanding her Spanish-language skills, Terri is dedicated to helping young people discover purpose, opportunity, and a path forward without limits.

Treasurer
Frankie Haynes
Frankie Haynes serves as Treasurer and Board Member for P2P Community Development, bringing award-winning banking leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for empowering underserved communities. As Vice President of the Member Contact Center at Wescom Financial and Executive Sponsor of the Black at Wescom Employee Resource Group, she champions inclusion, leadership development, and economic opportunity. Guided by faith and purpose, Frankie helps strengthen P2P’s mission to support gang-impacted and system-impacted communities through mentorship, entrepreneurship, and access to critical resources.

Community Development
Phillip “Rock” Lester
Phillip “Rock” Lester serves as a Board Member and Community Development leader for P2P Community Development, bringing lived experience, advocacy, entrepreneurship, and a powerful commitment to transformation. A survivor, youth mentor, formerly incarcerated person, and community activist from South Central Los Angeles, Phillip turned his experiences into a mission to create change for others. Through his work in policy reform, civic engagement, the Watts Neighborhood Council, and Ambassadors Shop of Watts, Phillip continues to mentor youth and champion pathways from hardship to purpose, leadership, and success.

Compliance Officer
Rosalind Rasheed
Rosalind Rasheed serves as Compliance Officer and Board Member for P2P Community Development, bringing experience in nonprofit governance, entrepreneurship, grant writing, training, and program development. She supports compliance, internal controls, and accountability practices that help ensure P2P programs operate with integrity, transparency, and measurable impact. As a business founder, former Senior Business Capital Advisor, mother, and grandmother, Rosalind is deeply committed to youth development, mentoring, violence prevention, and faith-driven community service.
